My partner was there as a guest of the city and while walking back to the hotel was punched in the jaw out of the blue by a passer-by, breaking his jaw in two places. The perpetrator was probably on drugs at the time since the attack was completely unprovoked. Almost as surprising as the attack was the fact that the police did nothing to find the thug; one police officer driving by in a cruiser didn't want to stop and help and a second officer who came to take statements just sat in his car when he should've been out looking for the guy.<br /><br />The next time you consider going to Rochester, consider this: Rochester has the same number of murders as Toronto despite having only a fraction of the population.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/17356840-112822634082733283?l=richardjc.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>Richardhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16265576710449040526noreply@blogger.com1
